Prior to working as an independent Improvement consultant he was employed for 35 years in Manufacturing with the Ford Motor Company in both Leadership and Technical positions, in diverse roles covering Lean, Six-Sigma, Quality, Engineering, and Production. For the majority of that period he was located at the Southampton Assembly Plant, a vehicle that has become an icon for delivering class leading quality and durability.

Since then, has led and supported successful improvement initiatives for organisations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises. Proactively drive her own professional growth, having recently earned certification in health and wellness coaching. Currently pursuing NEBOSH and audit qualifications, to enhance the impact on workplace safety and operational compliance and efficiency.

She offers extensive organizational and cultural insight, with over fifteen years of experience in European and global leadership positions.
